The proven Record double and single-leaf classic sliding doors are at the heart of the product range and are suitable for almost all applications. Modular microprocessor and profiles guarantee long life and quiet operation. Perfectly designed with an elegant appearance, the doors can be extended according to customer requirements in terms of safety, performance and convenience. Depending on the need or requirements, glazed doors can be created with narrow, standard or reinforced profiles and all models can be equipped with escape route safety systems.

Our classic double or single leaf sliding doors can be used wherever automatic doors are needed. We can operate passage gaps between 800mm and 3000mm and with our powerful models, we can operate 1x250kg and 2x200kg door leaf weights with automatic doors.

Qualifications

Record system 20 models offer a wide range of products to the construction industry. Designed with modular construction principles in mind, our products, consisting of largely identical parts, can be adapted to the widest range of conditions. This shortens installation time and minimizes service and maintenance costs.

Record system 20 has certificates that meet all international norms and standards as well as documents such as 2006/42/EG industrial guidelines for machinery, DIN 18650.

Design

For Record system 20; 20mm door leaf profiles suitable for 10mm glass or 32mm door leaf profiles suitable for 24mm heaters are available for the most transparent view. Profiles from other manufacturers can also be applied up to 65mm. Both mechanism cover and door leaf profiles can be painted in anodized and RAL colors.

Mechanism heights are available in 108 mm or 150 mm for standard, DUO or RED systems, or 200 mm for our powerful models such as STA 20-200 and STA 22.

Mechanisms can be surface, ceiling or concealed-integrated into the structure.
