Record TSA20 Telescopic Door

For buildings and businesses that want doors that are as inviting and reliable as traditional sliding doors, but more impressive, we also offer two or four leaf telescopic doors. Compared to traditional sliding doors, they can create passage areas of 4000mm thanks to their wings that take up 30% less space. Telescopic doors have a carrying capacity of 2 x 130 kg for two wings and 4 x 90 kg for four wings.

Features

Record system 20 models offer the construction industry a wide range of products. Designed with modular construction principles in mind, our products, consisting of largely identical parts, can be adapted to the widest range of conditions. This shortens installation time and minimizes service and maintenance costs.

Record system 20 is certified to meet all international norms and standards as well as documents such as the 2006/42/EG industrial guidelines for machinery, DIN 18650.

Design

Record system 20 can be provided with different door leaf aluminum profiles for various countries and demands. Standard glass (4+4mm- 5+5mm) or 32mm, 24mm thermal glass (double glazing) applications are possible with 20mm, 10mm. If desired, glass detailed production can be provided with upper plinth or stainless steel glass accessories for a more transparent appearance. All RAL colors, anodizing, special anodizing or coating (stainless steel, etc.) options are available in profiled or base applications.

Mechanism heights are available in 108 mm or 150 mm; 200 mm in standard, DUO or RED systems.

Mechanisms can be surface, ceiling or concealed-integrated into the structure.

Mechanics

Silent operation is the most striking feature of the Record automatic door. In short, the combination of a low-momentum belt, special coating on the rollers, low-noise plastic parts, acoustic independent rail profile, counter roller supported by ball bearings and door leaf guides. The specially developed door leaf guides contribute to Record automatic door systems that operate extremely quietly.

Our endeavor to produce the quietest possible door can also be seen in our working doors. The fact that they open and close extremely quietly is a testament to the highest precision and perfectly matched parts working together. The same precision engineering can be seen in the harmony of the movements of the closed wings.

Electronics

Record system 20 components can easily communicate with one another, which, among other things, increases safety and security. The technology of the drive enables continuous monitoring of the status of sensors and other connections. The operational status and all connected subjective parts are continuously monitored. Thanks to self-learning, the potential for failure units is minimized.
